At the front of the property is a large private gravel yard. It is gated so it can be secured and provides ample parking for more than 4 cars. There is a small lawn at the front of the property.

There is also a barn which has been converted to a games room and houses a snooker table, dart board,  table tennis and football table. There are seats, and a table This is rough and ready and not heated.

At the rear there is a patio with garden furniture to seat 18 , firepit and BBQ. It is easy to open the 2 sets of doors in the kitchen and step straight out onto the patio....

At the back is a huge english cottage garden with mature borders and extensive lawns. There is a volleyball net, which could be lowered to use for tennis, climbing frame and swing set.

We are lucky in Ryton, there is no light pollution at time of writing so on a clear night you can feast your eyes on the multitude of stars and planets in the sky!!
