This beautifully restored barn is adjacent to the house , looks onto the garden and has separate access. It can be booked with the house to increase your group size or booked separately.This is an upside down style, giving a huge upstairs kitchen dining living space with fabulous home cinema and large screen tv. There is a wood burning stove. There are 3 double bedrooms downstairs one has an ensuite bathroom. There is a family bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms to share. and a utility with washing machine. There are low beams. It has its own garden and seating area and if booked separately has its own entrance and parking. If the barn is booked alone there is no access to the games barn or main garden and travel cots stairgates and highchair can be used with prior arrangement.

Here you will find a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and settings for 12, a dining table and chairs for 12 and leather sofa seating for 12. There is a home cinema system (55 inch tv with special cinema sound speakers) so you can gather to watch your favourite film or match!

downstairs there are 3 small double bedrooms. They all have firm to medium pocket sprung mattresses. One has an ensuite bathroom , the other 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom. Additional guests can be added using fold out guest beds, we have 4, at additional cost. one will fit on the ensuite, the others will fit upstairs in the communal area.

There are 2 bathrooms, downstairs, each with toilet, basin, bath and shower. One is a private ensuite, the other is a family bathroom.
